Saluto / Trackers
Calm, private daily logs

Trackers without the guilt.

We're building a small set of daily trackers with one unusual design rule: no streaks. No punishment for skipping a day. Just a quiet picture of your week.
In design · Q4 2026

Trackers are a few months away.

We're early in design. Want to help shape them? Leave your email and we'll invite a small group to try the first hydration and movement logs before anyone else.

On the roadmap

What we're building.

Three trackers first. They share the same quiet visual language as the BMI tool — a single number, a clear context line.

Hydration

Tap a glass, tap a bottle. That's it. See your week as a soft histogram, not a bar chart of shame.

  • Glass, bottle, and custom serving sizes
  • Gentle reminders (opt-in)
  • No streaks, no guilt states
Q4 2026

Movement

Note a walk, a stretch, a climb. Private by default. Minutes roll up by week against Canada's guidelines.

  • Quick presets (walk, strength, yoga, other)
  • Weekly view vs. 150-min guideline
  • Optional notes per entry
Q1 2027

Sleep rhythm

Bedtime, wake time. Consistency over quantity. A small chart that shows your rhythm drifting — and how to bring it back.

  • Two taps a day
  • Rolling 7-day average
  • No sleep-score gamification
Our design rules

What trackers won't do.

We're putting these in writing before we ship a single screen.
01

No streaks

Missing a day doesn't erase the previous month. Health is not a leaderboard, and our UI won't pretend it is.

02

Private by default

Everything stays on your device. No accounts required to start. No analytics that watch you log water.

03

Context, not scores

A number is useful next to a reference — Canada's guidelines, your own rolling average. We show both, side by side.
